The Bravest Path are offering 5 free bursary places on our flagship programme, Braver than Before®, to clinicians across the NHS.

What is Braver than Before®?

A courage-building virtual development programme over 4 months, with 6 x 2.5 hr modules and 3 group coaching sessions designed to help build more courageous, compassionate, and connected individuals and workplaces.

The programme helps people find their voice, speak up, practice self-care, take more smart risks and deepens resilience and wellbeing.

What level is it aimed at?

This development is applicable for all bands, from preceptorships up to 8b. Within the programme we group participants in small learnings pods with peers of similar levels together to ensure application of the work within similar levels and experiences. Our open programme cohorts comprise different trusts across the UK which creates safety for people to learn with others from outside their organisation.
