Who we are

We develop courage, compassion and connection through psycho-educational workshops and coaching. Our mission is to re-humanise the workplace.

Through research and real life, we cultivate emotional intelligence and develop cultures of psychological safety resulting in higher-performing, productive and happier people and organisations.

Before founding The Bravest Path, we worked in organisations both progressive and prehistoric. Leading teams across industries and in places such as Silicon Valley, London and Bangalore helped us recognise the ingredients that differentiate incredible leaders, resulting in awesome places to work.

With extensive coaching experience and having trained with some of the world’s best practitioners (Brené Brown, John Gottmann, Amanda Blake, Kristin Neff to name a few…), The Bravest Path decided to take a smart risk and start changing how we work through the power of people.

“We specialise in developing audacity, empathy and adaptability… vital attributes for taking smart risks, driving innovation, asking for what you need, and leading braver than before.”

Bethan Davies

She leads and oversees the design and delivery of all our development programmes, and is a regular keynote speaker at conferences inspiring others to take more smart risks and be kinder to themselves in the process of being bolder.

Bethan believes courage is the most foundational of all emotions, and once you develop this, it enables all other change. As an expert in behavioural transformation, she enjoys leading powerful experiences that enable people to truly feel and act braver, and sharing the tools to sustain this learning longer term.
