Braver Than Before ®
A 4-month, fully virtual programme designed to build courageous, compassionate and connected leaders. The programme is suitable for you whether you are an individual contributor or leading people. We believe that leadership happens at all levels of an organisation.
Women in Leadership
Elevate more leaders by developing braver, wiser and happier women in your organisation. Consisting of six, virtual 2.5-hour workshop modules, with a powerful mix of individual and group coaching to support behavioural experiments and foster accountability for positive change.
Aspire
An empirically-based courage-building programme for organisations that believe in leadership at every level. Covering the four teachable, observable and measurable skill sets of courage, the programme empowers leaders to take bold action and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
